Upon receiving your library card, the PIN should default to the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided during registration. If that number does not work, please contact your local branch with your library card number ready to have your PIN updated.
While we strongly recommended that you have your card with you to check out materials, the Circulation staff will look up your number if you can provide another form of ID (driver’s license, etc.). If not, they will set the materials aside for you until you can return with your card (up to a maximum of two days).
Hold books are kept behind the Circulation Desk for 7 days after you are notified.
Patrons are blocked from basic library privileges when their fines exceed $15. Please note that all fines must be paid in full in order to renew an expired library card.
